Which cam site is cheapest?

'Cheapest' has two honest answers, because cam sites sell two different things. If you want to watch for nothing, the cheapest site is the one with the most models in free chat. If you want a private show, it is the one where the per-minute rate is lowest — and that is a distribution, not a single number, because every model sets her own. We index four private-show networks — LiveJasmin, Streamate, Flirt4Free and ImLive — and track them minute by minute, so here is both answers from our data, pulled 11 September 2026.

Cheapest to watch: where the free rooms are

At pull time the share of live models in an open, no-cost room was: Streamate 93% (1,385 of 1,489), Flirt4Free 91% (293 of 323), LiveJasmin 79% (666 of 845), ImLive 74% (75 of 102). Streamate also has by far the most rooms in absolute terms, so for pure free viewing it wins on both counts. Across all four networks, free chat is 85% of all live time — the paid part of camming is the small part. who's in free chat right now is the live list.

Cheapest private: the rate distributions

LiveJasmin is the one network of the four that publishes a per-minute list price we can read, and we have 3,099 models' rates from the last 30 days. The floor is $0.98 a minute and 588 models — 19% of the priced roster — sit on it. The median is $2.49, the 75th percentile $2.99, the 90th $3.99. So the cheapest LiveJasmin private is under $10 for ten minutes, and a typical one is about $25.

Flirt4Free publishes each model's rate in credits, and its credits are cheap units — the platform's own bundles price them at roughly ten cents each, with 130 credits for about $10. Across 276 live Flirt4Free models with a listed rate, the median works out at about 2.2 credits a minute, a quarter under 1.1, a quarter over 4.7, and a long tail above ten. Converting with the published bundle price gives per-minute figures well below LiveJasmin's, which either makes Flirt4Free the cheapest private on paper or means the feed's unit is not the retail credit; we have not confirmed which on a statement, so treat it as a lead, not a fact, and read the rate on her room before you start.

Streamate and ImLive set rates per model but do not expose them in a form we can tally. Streamate bills one gold to the dollar, pay as you go (Streamate gold); ImLive's credit is also a dollar and third-party reports put its cheapest rooms just under a dollar a minute, in line with LiveJasmin's floor. Both are in the same low-single-digit band for a standard private.

The cheapest paid format is not a private at all

Whichever site, the lowest cost per viewer is a group show — Streamate's gold show, LiveJasmin's member shows — because one show is split across everyone who pledges. spy mode on LiveJasmin is the next cheapest: you watch someone else's private at a fraction of its rate with no say in it. A private is the most expensive way to watch a model precisely because it is the only way to direct her.

Discounts that actually change the price

Hot deals on LiveJasmin: 33 models running one at pull time, 32 of them at half price or better, listed on the promo page. A half-price median model is $1.25 a minute, which beats every floor-rate room for quality of show per dollar. Bundle promotions on credits are worth taking if offered but rarely change the bill by more than a few percent.

• Free viewing: Streamate, then Flirt4Free, then LiveJasmin, then ImLive — by share of live models in an open room.
• Cheapest standard private you can read the price of before you start: LiveJasmin at a floor-rate model, $0.98 a minute, one in five of the roster.
• Cheapest way to see a paid show: a gold or member show, on any of the four.
• Cheapest typical private: too close to call between the four — all in low single digits a minute — so pick the model, then read her rate.
